The property was very clean and the outside well kept. The service was great. I have a concern about the shower area. There was no none skid surfaces on the floor and the show water did not stay in the shower. There was no ridge at the bottom of the shower curtin to prefent water running into the commode area. This cased a very unsafe condition that could lead to someone slipping down and hurting themnselves.

The staff were great, had a few issues with having a dog. Even though it was a service dog, we were not allowed in a room with a carpet, so we had to take a smoking room as it was the only ground floor room with wooden floors available. No elevator for the second floor, so a stinky smoking room it was! We were able to move rooms after two nights when a ground floor room with a wooden floor became available. Other than that, the room was clean, the staff very friendly and I would come here again.

Look before your stay

When i got in our keys were not activated so i had to walk all the way back to the office the lady thst was working very rude nothing like last time the room had roaches eww but it looked clean the tub was wide and the shower hot the microwave was dirty with a roach walking around in there i ordered food instead of using the microwave the bed.was comfy and the little chair and table combo was cute
