This home has 2 bedrooms and1 bath and has been completely renovated inside and out. The master bedroom features a brand-new king mattress with luxury 400 thread count, sateen weave linens. The second bedroom features a brand-new, pillow-top queen-sized mattress with luxury 400 thread count, sateen weave linens. There are plenty of options for lounging and relaxing in this beautiful home. Enjoy the Gator game on the 55in TV in the living room, sip coffee on the back deck in the morning under the beautiful oak trees or have a glass of wine on the covered side porch.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare and enjoy meals. Kitchen features full sized refrigerator, full sized stove and oven, Keurig with coffee and creamer, microwave, waffle maker, blender, and toaster.

Peaceful Cottage

This place is so peaceful. It is near the police station in a college town, so you do get the odd siren and car doors slamming when folks get home late, but man, those mornings are so peaceful, quiet and amazing. The decor is perfectly comfortable and gave me such homey vibes. A bonus was finding a ukulele in the living room. I tuned the ukulele, so play it!

Good house and close to campus

Overall, the house worked well for our family. Home is a bit on the small side. Good size bedrooms, and living room. Small bathroom, kitchen. Dining table and chairs don’t really fit the space. Fenced yard a huge plus for our pets. Outside seating area would also be nice in the cooler months.

Sad to leave!

This was our third time staying and I was honestly sad to leave. Not only is the house comfortable and clean, but everything is still in great shape since our first visit in March of 2023, which says a lot about how well the hosts care for the property. We got to bring our pups this time and they loved hanging out on the back deck and side porch. Location is quiet and super convenient. So grateful we were able to book here again for our trip. This is our second time staying here, and everything was just as perfect as the first time a year ago. Everything about the property is super cozy and comfortable- from the covered patio and backyard deck, to the furnishings, beds, and linens. The location is in very close proximity to everything, but still has a nice private, tucked away feel. This will always be our first choice whenever we travel to Gainesville!

Cute property perfect for my party of 2. Clean house, comfy beds, cold central A/C & hot coffee! We liked walking to some of G’ville’s off the path hidden gems, Afternoon, Coterie market & Superette. Not a far walk from campus but not five minutes either. House was quiet and has a cute park w/nice playground and walking path just down the street.

Lovely home, convenient to campus

We stayed here for a football game weekend and it was great. Close enough to walk (~30 mins to stadium), far enough from noise and crazy traffic to relax and sleep peacefully. The house was clean, well-appointed, and everything we could want. There were nice touches like coffee/creamer, water bottle in the fridge for each guest, and extra toiletries under the sink. Couldn’t have been happier and absolutely plan to return in the future!

Great little house

We were in town to hike Paynes Prairie. This is a cute little house with a perfect backyard for my dogs. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. The only negative was all the foot traffic which upset my big male dog quite a bit. Knowing Gainesville is a college town, I should've foreseen that. Lol It wasn't that big of a deal though and I would def stay here again.
