The rooms are worn out, lots of scuffs on the wall and stains on the carpet. The cleaning wasn’t great either… found hair from previous guests and when you look closely around the bathroom sink or shower you see mold and old dirt. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room is tiny but pretty clean. It's very close to the subway station and shopping department stores. But if you are mostly taking JR train to tourist places, it's not very convenient. The staff seems friendly, but looks afraid to speak in English.

rather harsh lighting in the room; no temperature control in the room (only wind speed control) so had to turn off heat altogether because otherwise the room would have become overheated and stuffy.
