Quite far from the reception but overall great!

We enjoyed the room, very clean and new. With lots of amenities to use such as laundry. The area is nice too near Hakata Station. The only concern I have is that reception is quite far from the hotel itself so we need to walk a distance just to get to our hotel. Nevertheless, it was a great place.

Good experience in Fukuoka

hotel was good and well located near Hakata station. the only problem was that front office is located in a different building far away from the booked room. the information wasn't sent to me and i had to pay twice a taxi transportation (with luggage) between the booked room and the from desk! Chek-in time is also very late at 17H00.

Pros: The room itself was very clean. The security was pretty good, good lock system. Location - about 10min walk to/from Hakata. Cons: check-in was at a different location, about 15 min walk to the hotel. Some strangers kept ringing the doorbell at 1:30am which was really annoying (not sure what that was about). Also woke up to construction noise right next door. The instructions for the washer/dryer was not consistent with the machine they had, so I had to look it up online. I was also not given Wifi instructions at check-in (it said free wifi on booking) but was given information for Wifi rental. Small inconveniences along the way but overall a good place to stay .

very nice

The hotel room was very clean like what you can expect in Japan. The facilities were very modern but unfortunatly there was only rare english translations e.g. for the washing machine. But in general this is a very good hotel.

大変快適で大満足です

家族三人で１泊しました。室内はきれいでしたが、きれいな浴室ですが、浴槽の内側のざらつきが少し気になりました。 設備が大変揃っていて満足でしたが、お湯を沸かすケトルや電子レンジが１階に設置の為、室内にあったらよかったです。３人では少々狭いですが、１泊だけの利用でしたら十分です。チェックイン先は離れた所にありますが、チェックアウトは楽でした。
