Week in Fukuoka

I read some mixed reviews but decided to stay here anyway, it was Golden week and everything else was super expensive. It's close to the subway so getting around is easy. Overall the room was clean, the staff were friendly and of course the price was good. The room is clearly showing it's age but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Overall, a very old and run down biz hotel. Unless you have to stay here, I recommend staying somewhere else. Room is tiny and the bathroom is even more tiny.

Location near the subway and Ohori Park convenient enough. Staff were friendly. The interior is a little run-down but that doesn't bother me and everything was generally clean. The breakfast, although free, was disappointing: only two small bread rolls per person, sometimes with a boiled egg, sometimes without! I'd rather they charged more to do a proper job...

The place is a bargain, not only great value of a stay, but the 700 yen parking also can't be beat. There's just 2 insignificant issue I mentioned to the staff, 1. Shower in higher floors has lower flow, but still usable. 2. The corner of these rooms are a little dusty. Everything else is perfect.

I stayed here in a pinch due to furniture delivery being delayed, because it's in my new neighborhood. It's pretty depressing! Dirty and dingy. The free breakfast they did a nice job with though, lots of items and tasty. Most of the guests were men in uniforms, machinery technicians and the like on business trips staying at the cheapest place possible.

So-so place to stay

It depends on what your goal is. If you are not the picky one, with just a place to sleep is enough, then this might be suffice, I think. The "hotel", which I think should just be changed into an "inn", has the basic amenities you would expect, towel, toiletries, teabags, etc. However, it was quite dark in the room, since the room was facing away from the sun. Though clean, it was quite old.

Old hotel with good price and including breakfast.

You paid what you get, good location about 5mins walk to subway station, restaurants and supermarket around,breakfast including I this price, but small room as most of Japan hotels, wifi only at second floor. Even in a no smoking room can smell some one smoke. It's okay for someone don't wanna stay in share bathroom hostel.

Easy access,simple, free breakfast coffee, no view

Close to Ohori Park and subway, bus stations, 7-11, post office, 20mins walk to Tenjin Station if you don't want to take the subway. Room not very clean (the boiler was dusty) but tidy, Shampoo, soap and hair conditioners in bathroom. Other amenities could be taken from the reception. Staff quite nice, free simple Japanese style breakfast and coffee machine available. Room has no view and poor sound insulation. Recommended for short stay for convenience and price.
