Room was recently renovated and was really nice. Except the floors were dirty. Took a shower and walked around the room after and then later on grabbed something out of the shower and my feet were filthy from the rooms floor. Also the window in the bathroom was broken, no exhaust fan, and no curtain or glass tint. Someone could Look right into the bathroom and shower!!! Bed was a bit too firm but I guess some people like that. Wanted to add pictures but apparently that part isn't working. Fix that Expedia!

This hotel is under construction and should not rent rooms until the process is done. My room was dirty. There appeared to be blood on the curtains. The quilt in the NO SMOKE room had holes from cigarettes, marker, and the bed had little black specks in it. The dresser was missing a handle, and the shower floor was all cut up [which is not even legal in other states as it grows bacteria]. It was pretty outside, but there was also no vending machine of any kind for even water.

Completely out dated. No charging ports near the beds. One surge protector in the room. Toilet seat had some sort of crust on it looks like glue of some sort. Inadequate blankets for bedding. More than half the television stations do not work. No tv guide. Can hear the neighbors shower like it’s inside your room. For the price point this stay is a last resort option.

Flys in the room ,cat piss smell ,roaches fleas ,when we checked out clerk said they rent out the hotel to homeless with vochers loud people , yelling and screaming pounding feet on ground from 2nd floor ,drug hang out gang activities carpets all stained like dog feses and piss

Beautiful gardens

Need to clean behind nightstands and carpet needs deep clean or just get new carpet. It was to be no smoking, but burn marks were everywhere. That being said, the garden area by the pool was beautiful.

Our room looked as if a murder had happened in there. We looked past the dirty and dingy carpets only to find handprints on our comforter and a 12” long blood stain on the wall that was never cleaned up and still a darkened shade of red. As we began to look closer we noticed more but smaller blood stains scattered throughout the room. Within 15 minutes of checking in we checked out only to be told they would not reimburse us since we booked through Expedia. In which they also showed no concern or surprise even at the pictures I showed them of our crime scene of a room. Avoid this place at all costs. They don’t care about cleanliness or customer service. I wish I could add photos to this review as my description is no exaggeration and I’m potentially even being too nice and mellow about it. Makes sense now why the rates are so low.

The place was OK, but it looked worn and dated. I didn't feel comfortable walking barefoot in the room and the seats looked so dirty and stained that I didn't even want to place my bags on them. The stairs and walkways were disgusting, and some of the people in the area were sketchy. On a positive note, the room did have an iron along with an ironing board, a fridge, a microwave (though I didn't use it), and coffee maker, which was a plus, and the bed was comfortable. Would I stay there again? For the price, it was ok, but I would definitely not bring someone with me to stay there or even invite my kids there. It would just be to sleep and shower in the morning, that's it. And I would not stay there if staying in town for more than one night.
