Close to all amenities and especially to the incredible view of the Pointe aux Chèvres, discover this spacious house of 145 m² which can accommodate up to 6 people. You will find all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay: on the first floor, a living-dining room, a modern kitchen, open to the living room and fully equipped. On the first floor, a living room with a splendid sea view, three bedrooms, a shower room, a bathroom and a large garden of 800 m² with a terrace with a table, outdoor chairs and a barbecue to enjoy your summer evenings!

Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

First floor:
- Spacious living-dining room with coffee table, flat screen TV and two sofas where you can curl up by the fireplace! Firewood is not provided.
The dining area is very bright thanks to the large windows giving direct access to the garden. It has a dining table with 6 seats.
- The kitchen is modern and open to the dining area, fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction cooker, kettle, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker...

The accommodation is located in a quiet and pleasant area of the town, ideally close to the large beach of the city and the Pointe au Chèvres, one of the most beautiful viewpoints on the Cap Fréhel!
You will also be close to all amenities: bakeries, butchers, mini-markets, restaurants, bars, casino etc... Many markets are nearby : Fréhel market (all year long), Plurien market (from June to September), Sables D'or market (from July to August).

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
