We recently stayed at this property and found it to be a mix of positives and concerns.The location is fantastic—right on the beach with easy access over the dune bridge. We loved relaxing on the porch and appreciated how quiet and uncrowded it was during the week. The decor is also very cute and thoughtfully done.Unfortunately, several issues impacted our stay. Cleanliness was lacking on arrival, with coffee grounds on cabinetry and trash left in the garbage cabinet. The home also needs general maintenance, with visible rust, chipping paint, and disrepair. The faucet water appeared rusty during our stay.The kitchen was disorganized and not well stocked—no extra dish towels and basic items were difficult to find, making it hard to prepare meals.We also experienced an ongoing issue with small roaches. After encountering multiple, we felt uncomfortable enough to leave two days early. While we appreciated that the host provided a partial refund, this significantly affected our experience.Overall, while the location and decor are strong positives, the cleanliness, maintenance, and pest issues would prevent us from staying here again.
