The Mark at Surfside, Apt. 2

This is a motel style, bottom floor apartment. It has one queen bedroom, and one bathroom with a stand-up shower. Bath towels, toilet paper, shampoo set, and hand soap are provided.

Kitchen with coffee pot, dishes, and utensils provided. There is a smart TV with fire stick in the living room and Wi-Fi throughout the entire property. The bedroom and the living room have a window unit with AC, fan, and heating.

Bench outside of the unit for your use. Outdoor area with picnic tables, and charcoal grills. Please bring your own charcoal and grilling utensils if you intend to use the grill. Neat, clean, safe, and affordable place to stay less than a block from the beach.

*The Village of Surfside has always had issues with its water. It has a bit of an off color, odor and flavor. We have installed a filtration system to help with this and the water is safe for use, but it doesn't fully remove these issues. Please look to bring bottled water if this will be an issue so that you have access to it.*

It was very easy to communicate with property management. I had some minor issues when I first arrived and "Mallory" took care of the issues. The Property was clean and spacious. I had all the amenities to prepare meals and store food items. The property was within walking distance of the beach (100 yards for so).
