We had the best girls’ weekend at The Cozy Core! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well stocked. The host went above and beyond — leaving us wine, water, candy, a fully stocked coffee bar, plenty of fresh towels, and thoughtful bathroom amenities. Communication was quick and helpful throughout our stay. Not only was the home clean, beautiful, and cozy, but the hospitality was truly 10/10. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this house! Super cute and clean. We loved that we were only 5 minutes away from downtown. And wineries are all within 5-10 minutes away. We absolutely loved the back yard! We will for sure come back and stay in this house! The host was amazing!

We booked this property for a weekend trip to celebrate my wife's birthday with a few friends, and it exceeded all expectations. The level of hospitality was immediately evident, as we were warmly welcomed with a delicious birthday cake and a bottle of wine. The home itself was spotless and spacious, offering plenty of room for our entire group to relax and enjoy the weekend comfortably. The location couldn't be beat; we were just minutes away from Main Street. The added amenities truly set this property apart. Everyone enjoyed spending time unwinding in the hot tub and having some fun on the putting green. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious stay with great amenities and easy access to town.

Me and my friends went to celebrate my best friend who is getting married. Location was great literally about three minutes from Main Street, house was great and the hot tub was even better. We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re out in Fredericksburg.
