This is an average, facility. Staff is great. The mattress was minimum acceptable, and needs to be replaced. The shower was crap. Barley any water comes out and takes a very long time to get hot. Other than that, good breakfast, good location.

The hotel didn’t have the “Expedia credit card” for my checkin- something the front desk hadn’t seen before. They asked me to come back down 30 minutes later to complete the check in. On my way back up, the elevator had me trapped unresponsive to any buttons for at least a minute. Pushed the Alarm and it opened on the Second Floor instead of my floor. Walked the rest of the way, and called Front Desk.

Will be definitely returning staff was great always asking if I needed anything towels toilet paper and trash . The breakfast was always on time kept putting more stuff once they saw something was done . The staff was very friendly. The hotel itself is nice. The walls seem thin and I was on the first floor which seemed like I could hear everything. I could hear all my neighbors close their doors and conversation. The tv didn’t have a lot to choose from and far as the stations and the internet was so slow that while watching Netflix , a prompt came on advising internet was too slow to try again. They have a great snack bar which is reasonably priced for a hotel.
