Affordable, clean and comfortable studio in Fraser. Walls are thin to adjoining units-bring ear plugs. Mini kitchen a plus. Close to downtown Fraser! One significant drawback is the lack of responsiveness by host and property management. Had my entry code suddenly expire in middle of my rental stay-took 30 minutes of texting host (no response), then Vacasa calling property management (no response) to finally VRBO Care remotely resetting the code.

Great for ski getaway

We had a great stay for our ski getaway. Unit was very clean/modern. Check in instructions were very easy to follow. The condo is well appointed with the necessities. Like the location close to the grocery store and restaurants. You are only a few minutes away from anything you need. Only complaints are that the walls are very thin. We could hear conversations/music/tv from other units. The stairs/walkway to the entrance was covered with a sheet of ice making it challenging to get in/out of the unit.
