I never had a single cigarette in my mouth, when I was coming from a tour the front desk guy challenged me saying that I smoked in my room. He was extremely rude embarrassing me right in front of other people at the lobby. Horrible situation.

Instalações muito antigas. Hotel precisa de reforma urgente. Por ter só 2 andares não tem elevador e pessoas com mobilidade reduzida impossível se hospedar nele. Não tem ninguém para ajudar a pegar as malas e subir as escadas. Quarto com mobília velha. Banheiro sem blindex e com aparência ruim. Ar gelando bem. O recepcionista da noite se não me engano chama-se Luís nada hospitaleiro nem um pouco simpático. Não indico e nem volto a me hospedar neste hotel.

Os funcionários são bons, o hotel fica muito bem localizado, mas o quarto em que fiquei precisaria de uma reforma há uns 10 anos atrás... hj precisa de duas. Não condiz com as fotos, infelizmente.

A equipe do hotel muito prestativa, hotel é bom, porém pra descansar no fds é difícil, pois fica próximo de muitos bares e tem muito barulho , a janela do quarto que eu fiquei não fechava 100% , então foi bem complicado conseguir dormir.

Quando fiz a reserva a foto do quarto era com sacada no terceiro andar, quando cheguei no hotel era um quarto totalmente diferente no térreo. Além disso, toda noite ficava moradores de rua bem na janela conversando a noite toda. Quarto muito barulhento. E uma toalha de praia sumiu no primeiro dia de limpeza de quarto. Conversei com o pessoal da recepção mas não acharam. Infelizmente tive esse prejuízo de uma toalha novinha que tinha acabado de comprar pra viajar. Outra coisa, o cano do chuveiro é bem curto, eu toda hora esbarrava no registro e com isso desligava o chuveiro. Quarto com cheiro de mofo todos os dias. Não gostei da minha estadia, infelizmente.

As instalações estão em péssimo estado! A vista da minha janela era um barril velho e sacos de lixo. ( Nao precisa ter vista para o mar, mas me senti num cativeiro ). Os únicos pontos positivos do hotel são os funcionários que se desdobram para causar uma boa impressão e a limpeza que é boa. Ahh o café da manha é aceitável.
