The only downside to our weekend trip (an anniversary getaway) was discovering upon arrival that there were hundreds of families with young boys staying for a lacrosse tournament, and many of the parents were not supervising their children at all. 😳 After a rough first night of dealing with tween boys running all over the place, the Omni staff to their credit did a much better job of posting extra staff and even local PD in common areas to keep things a lot more settled and enjoyable.

I booked this reservation to celebrate my wife's recent health victories and the end of her school year. I immediately got in touch with the hotel's management staff who reached out to me privately via text to get everything ready, including chocolate covered strawberries and champagne upon arrival for my wife and I. Lisa the loyalty ambassador who helped us was amazing. Made us feel right at home from the start. The rooms were amazing. They upgraded us to a suite which was like a mini house. Unreal. They take good care of the people that stay with them. We had dinner and drinks at Bob's chop house. Wonderful. From start to finish, the staff, the admin and everyone else involved looked after our needs, anticipated them, and went above and beyond to make sure that that weekend in Fort Worth was special for my wife and I. Looking forward to going back! Sincerely, A satisfied guest

Property was very nice and great location. The a/c started out nice and cool then got hot around midnight, finally about 6 the next morning it cooled down again, we had it on lowest setting. Also, the water in the shower never got hot, so we took a cool fast shower!
