False advertisement with online photos. Only does continental breakfast of eggs, tater tots, sausage, French toast sticks, yogurt, milk, bananas, toast. Hotel bed was broken on one side, my room phone had issues where it’d come on by itself through the speaker at all hours of the night. Wall trim was falling off in my little places and dogs barking on my floor.

The staff are seriously the nicest people I've ever met. We were always met with a smile and they treated my 8 month old son with so much kindness. The hotel itself is decent. The AC in our room had a very musty smell that would not leave. We stayed at this hotel a few years ago and had the same issue, so I'm sure it's just a Texas AC issue. The pool was not cleaned the first time we went, but by the second time we went, it was cleaned and very relaxing to jump in. The pool chairs weren't in the best condition, but I believe people are to blame for that- not the hotel. Housekeeping came daily and did a great job at resetting the room. Breakfast was amazing too. There were some parts of the hotel that were run down. There is a huge leak in the roof at the breakfast eating area. The biggest issue for me was the smell in the hotel room itself. It was so musty and just felt wet from the AC. besides that, I really enjoyed our stay.

Room smelled like mold and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned we had bar soap residue fresh still stuck and hair on the shower wall . Walking inside the room I felt disgusted but the check in and check out was fast and easy and front desk was nice . We saw a big roach outside so we didn’t try their complementary breakfast it was a 2 night stay thank god

They didn’t come change the bed sheets they just came to clean the bathroom. We spoke to the cleaning lady she is from El Salvador. She never came. We told the front desk person 3 times and they never came. I’m disappointed with their communication and whilingness to help the customer.

I aist alwaya stay here when I am in town by myself visiting my son and his family. I love the showers, which is one of the main reason i stay there. The othet is that is is only about 5 min away from my son's home and very close to Starbucks. I do think the property could use some updating. The carpet is uneven on the 3rd floor. I tripped on it. I would hate to see an elderly person break a hip. The room smelled slightly of smoke or mildew and the AC didn't cool completely. Otherwise, it was a good stay.
