Staff was outstanding! Design of room had its faults. Couldn't see the TV from the seating area. Room designed for taller people. This was a last minute booking. We travelled from Houston to Dallas, to visit family that flew in from out of town. I'm not familiar at all with Dallas, but I picked a hotel that was affordable, clean, fun, and looked to be in a safe neighborhood. And my kids said I did great this time (not so much the last time we visited Dallas lol). This hotel is about 20-25 minutes north of DFW airport. The area is affluent and safe. The staff was very friendly. Check-in was easy as can be! The rooms are modern and fun and CLEAN! There was not one thing I could complain about the room or hotel. Downstairs had a bar, lounge area, pool table, games, the pool had a glass barrier around it, so my kids could play without me worrying about the pool. The outdoor games were fun! Honestly, one of my favorite parts is that checkout is Noon and I asked for a late checkout and they accomodated. We got in the night before around 8pm, so we didn't get to enjoy the amenities as much. But there was plenty of time the next day. I love that its in a plaza with restaurants, fast food is about 5 minute drive. We plan on coming back, again!
