This place was not suppose to be rentable. This is an apartment that is not permitted to sublet. Out car was towed to due improper instructions. Stay away. The host is a fraud.

Great little apartment, parking is fantastic, elevator is a nice plus. Host was absolutely terrific and quick to respond to any inquiries. I’d suggest bringing ground coffee if that’s your preference in the morning and you do hear the metal gate closing downstairs but it doesn’t disturb your sleep and really isn’t that much more than the city sounds.

Disappointed with lack of cleanliness

We arrived at the property and the check in process and instructions were easy to follow. On arrival first impressions were good until we actually looked at the rooms. In particular the bathroom, the floor was covered in black hair and dust which was all around the skirtings, the toilet, the floor and the bath mat were covered and looked like they had not been cleaned in a long time. I contacted the owner who was very responsive and sent the cleaner round that evening to clean the bathroom. The cleaner arrived and cleaned the bathroom and said it was because the mop head had hair on it that she had not noticed. We got up the next morning and in the daylight noticed that the whole apartment looked like it had not been cleaned. There were crumbs all over the floor in the kitchen area, the carpet in the bedroom did not look clean and there was dust/dirt under the bedside tables. The kitchen cupboards had food stuff splattered on them and the table in the living area had crumbs on it and hand/grease marks where it had not been wiped. The bedside tables had round grease marks on them where an item had been sitting and the fridge had sticky marks on the shelf where it had not been cleaned. I messaged the owner the next morning to advise him and sent him the photographs and he thanked me and told me he would advise the manager of the cleaning company. It is very noisy with constant banging doors day and night and heavy traffic from industrial estate early AM

Great Location!!!

This is a great location for anyone wanting to visit the Stockyards!!! You are 10 uber ride away. The locating was as advertised, the place was clean and the balcony was a nice place to sit while unwinding. The only opportunity for growth would be on key pick-up. It was a bit difficult to follow the instructions. However we overcame and had a great weekend!!! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The host communicated very well and was very accommodating. We had a noise issue on the first night we were there, which was out of the host's control, but he did everything he could to get the problem addressed.The location was very good. It was an easy drive to the Stockyards and area restaurants. A playground and public outdoor tennis courts were just a block away.

Went down there to watch the Texans beat the cowboys room was nice and owner responded quick. If I’m in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area again I will definitely book again. Highly recommend it
