Sleeps 14 with one person on the sofa, rest in beds. (Or add four add'l on air mattresses). Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with a full bed in the living room. Downstairs are 2-King beds and a bathroom. Bring your RV and your horses, too! Paddock with water & fenced from the covered self-contained RV shelter with electric only.
