Comfortable, easy, great location

This was a beautiful condo in a perfect location. The property had so many amenities including pools and beach service. The condo was well appointed and had everything that we needed. We'll be back!

Great vacation spot!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Waterscape is a great resort for a family vacation. The condo is located in a great spot on the property with easy access to the pools and a short walk to the beach. We would love to stay here again!

Excellent location, amenities all around! Most everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Groceries can even be delivered to room.

Family Fun

Building was easy to find. Check-in was fast and easy. We arrived at about 10:30 and check-in for room was supposed to be 4:00 PM. We were able to check-in at front desk and get our wrist bands when we arrived without additional charge for early check-in, however our condo wasnt ready until a little after 2:00 PM. The beach was exceptionally clean, but not good for shelling. The pools at waterscape were absolutely great, except for all the rowdy kids horseplaying in the water and pushing others off the obstible course. There was no staff, lifeguard or parents to keep the bad kids in check! The condo was exceptional! Very roomy, pristine, and pretty soundproof. Overall we had a good time and really enjoyed our stay.

Overall good but listing a bit misleading

Overall good stay and family friendly location. Not the most comfortable beds or pillows. Advertised as ground level but was actually the second floor which wasn’t a huge deal as our floor did go straight out to the pool area. Listing stated that pack and plays were available but they actually use a second party to rent them from for an additional daily rate so we ended up bringing ours but it would have been nice to not have to pack that in the car.

We LOVED waterscape!

Overall, this is seriously the best place we have been! We were so happy with it! This particular room is such a short walk from the kids splash pool & the regular pool which were both significantly less crowded than the downstairs pools & the best place for us to hangout. The entire property is clean and so well managed. Check in process was a breeze. Our room was huge, both bathrooms had plenty of space, beds were super comfy! We never want to stay anywhere else! Myself, hubs, my toddler, my step son & his friend ( both 13) as well as my MIL & SIL stayed in this room & there was plenty of space for everybody! There are plenty of gas grills to cook on around the pool areas which many people did. Overall, 10/10. Nothing to complain about!

Great Spot for Families

Very fun, great place for families. This unit was clean, the property managers were very easy to reach via text, and our little one loved the pools. This unit is perfect for pool access too.

First time at Waterscape resort and Fort Walton.

The property and condo were so nice. Our 3 year old grandson love every minute of it. The check in process could not have been easier. The informative texts were also welcomed and appreciated. We will visit again!

Great Place to Stay

Only had 2 issues. Not enough signs saying which rooms are where. Air filter was way beyond needing to be changed. Only reason I knew was because it would whistle . Other than that very nice place to stay. We will be back.

Escape from home

The property was real clean and spacious. The whole family enjoyed our stay very much. Glad we chose to stay at this facility. The only issue is The pool side food stand is way below standards, hamburger was horrible.

Recent Stay

We found what appeared to be pizza sauce dried on the floor, dust bunnies and food crumbs under the recliners. What appeared to be baby powder on the floor in the bedroom. This didn’t seem to be appropriate for the cleaning charge we were paying for especially since the last client was obviously charged the same. Not to mention the recent push for cleanliness due to Covid. We also found the view to be deceptive. The photo from the living room for advertising was taken so the hotel next couldn’t be seen in the photo. The beach was barely visible and that’s . Rather the view was of a hotel, hotel’s parking lot and an unfinished neutral ground between the hotel and the condos. Finally the parking garage hand a terrible trash or vomit smell for the entire visit. The smell was so bad that it actually attracted a black-bear into the parking garage. Not something to be expected on a beach trip.
