Enjoyed our stay

The condo was as described in the listing. It was clean, cool, and ready at check in. The view is beach and over the pool. If you have any concerns about pool noise, it was only occasionally and it never lasted late. It was usually just kids playing and barely noticeable. Pool view worked for us because our little and big kids always want to be in it. Easy access to pool and beach. Covered parking. One small maintenance issue with a door hinge and they responded very quickly to have it repaired . Easy communication, fast responses. We would rent here again.

Great location

This was a very good spot. Very convenient to get to the pool and the beach. The wash off station was the best I’d ever seen. The pool is very nice and large. I could see maybe in the height of the summer this spot may be loud because it’s so close to the pool. But in may it wasn’t loud at all. The beach service was great as well. Everything was very clean. The only downside was the master bedroom has 2 windows that need some black out curtains. Because at night it was like daytime in the bedroom, the light coming off the pool illuminated the bedroom. But overall it was a great experience!!

Fabulous Family Getaway

4 generations gathered to play on the beach for a week and it was wonderful! Having an umbrella and chairs ready and waiting on the beach each day was fantastic. We enjoyed the property, the pools and the proximity to great restaurants.

Perfect getaway

This was the perfect vacation home for me and my family! It was right on the beach. The house was very clean and perfect. Will definitely stay here again when we come to Destin for our yearly family vacations! Thanks again!

Perfect, perfect, perfect!

So convenient and quiet. Love that there were no “steps” to the beach. Condo was very clean and well furnished with the basics and more (including an air fryer, griddle, etc). We will absolutely consider this condo and complex in the future.

Waters Edge

My wife and I have stayed many time here but it was to be the first for my inlaws. The loved it !!! From the view of the beach from the balcony to the beautiful ,large pool and the ease of access to the beach !! They love the less stressful stay here vs the hectic dealings in Destin and Sea Side where they had stayed previously !! But also the ease of going to Destin for events if that's what you desire .

Unit is Excellent! - Sofa needs cleaning

Overall, the unit is great! It is spacious, clean, and the kitchen is well appointed. The views from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom are fantastic. The unit directly overlooks the pool. It was a non-issue because the pool was not crowded during my stay but it may be noisier at other times. The only suboptimal thing about the unit was that the couch had a large stain and needs to be cleaned.

Perfect!!

This property was perfect for us! I took my three children, my friend, and her son. The kids varied in ages between 7-15 and we all enjoyed it! The condo was spotless, we had an amazing view of the ocean and the pools, and were close to all kinds of different activities for our entire group! Fort Walton was less crowded than Destin, but only a short drive there, to even more restaurant and activities! We will definitely stay here again!!

Relaxing stay

We loved our stay at the resort. Only complaint was that we could never connect to the wifi. We loved being right across from the pool and the short distance to the beach! We didn’t want to leave today!

I rented this for my honeymoon. Right on the beach. It was an amazing stay. Very clean very nice. The wifi name and password didn't work for us. There was no wifi with that name so we couldn't connect. But everything was still great. Loved it. I'd stay again

Amazing

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. Location is perfect! Within minutes to shops, grocery stores, and all the best restaurants. This unit gives a perfect view of the beach and ocean. In the mornings we would sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins. I could go on and on about how perfect this unit is and how much we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Great Stay.

We loved our stay here. It was convenient with a baby to go back and forth as needed. The view was great. It was quiet & peaceful. The beds were nice & it was furnished with everything we needed in the kitchen. Getting ahold of someone for questions was a nightmare, however. After the deposit had already been paid, additional fees were added on to our total & it ended up not being any cheaper than going through the resort itself. The customer service team was horrendous & impossible to get answers out of. I finally spoke to the employees & managers of Waters Edge & they explained the extra fees we got for booking through VRBO & what they were. They also proceeded to tell me that they have been asking them to advertise the appropriate price & they will not. So we didn’t save any money booking privately. It costs exactly the same as booking through Waters Edge themselves, so that defeated the purpose of using VRBO & I will be sticking to Airbnb from now on. That is my only other complaint other than that the floors & showers weren’t the cleanest. We had an amazing time. Loved the beach & my daughter had a blast on her first trip to see the ocean. There was plenty of room for all of us. My Nana loved having coffee on the balcony each morning & we all got to sit together & eat at the dining room table. We loved the condo & all that it provided. Like I said, my main complaint is not on the condo, but the process. If we visit this beach again, we will stay here.

Wonderful!!

Everything was great! Only recommendation we have is the room with the bunk beds gets hot! Maybe a possible ceiling fan :) would stay here again!
