Welcome to our peaceful and tranquil hotel located in North Hutchison Island, Florida. Our charming establishment offers 14 units, ensuring an intimate and relaxing atmosphere for our guests. The room was in great condition. Everything was clean. The beds a bit on the softer side, but comfortable. There was no top sheet. AC worked well. Outside of the unit was fine. The table and chairs are rusty and did not seem safe to sit on though. There was a cute seating area with a firepit, lounge chairs & a hammock. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Check in was easy as well. We needed the WiFi, and the host responded very quickly to our communication. Overall a great stay.

Quick getaway

We were looking for a quiet getaway that was close to the beach and only two hours from Orlando. From the property it's an easy walk to the beach and it was not crowded at all, I'd say semi private feel. Property is under light construction but didn't bother us. Our room was perfect, all new appliances, bed and bathroom. They did a good job renovating. Restaurants, Publix, conv stores all 5-10 mins away, very convenient. When we left my wife said, I'd love to come back so that says it all.
