Breakfast was a sad sight. If you were not there by 7, there was little to choose from despite breakfast being served until 10. If something was empty (such as the cut up fruit) it was not refilled. We stayed for ten days and actually got breakfast maybe three times. However we have stayed at this location previous times and never had a problem before.

The room was clean and staff were so nice!! We did have an issue with our tub but they were right there to fix it. They could have did better with the breakfast area as it says 6 to 10 everyday and a lot of stuff was not available. Tables were not being cleaned either but we did our own. It was very close to everything and right on the trolley line for us to go to downtown Fort Myers Beach.. such a plus😁

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I forgot something in my room after checking out and Chavone was kind enough to track it down and hold onto it at the front desk for me until someone could pick it up. I would stay here again!

The hotel facilities and room were clean and well maintained. All staff members courteous and cheerful. One note of possible improvement…. The sofa in the room, which was the only seating available, was not very comfortable to sit on. Due to being a sleep sofa the seat back is too deep.
