Please save your time and money and not rent from these people. We had a horrible experience the back door leading to the pool did not have a lock and we booked for 3 o’clock and they told us we are not able to check in until 4 o’clock, we had to leave at 10 o’clock When we made reservations for 12 o’clock, which was very unexpected. We also didn’t receive the code to get into the villa until the next day. This was the worse experience ever and I really hope they fix these issues soon or they’ll be a lot of unhappy customers. I do advise if your looking find a place for your stay not to book here at this location you will thank me later. I forgot to mention that the pool isn’t heated and had all sorts of dead bugs it just wasn’t clean at all.
