I had a wonderful time here! The staff were very helpful and pleasant, the pool area was clean, and my room was really nice. These are apartment hotels, so don’t expect a 24 hr front desk or lobby, but I was very happy with my experience and would go back next time! I had the studio room, which was a great temperature, and included a fridge, coffee maker, microwave and kettle. The location is what makes it a 10/10, they provide you with beach towels and chairs, and I could walk to the beach in 10 minutes. For the price, you can’t beat it!

This was an absolute pleasure to stay for 2 days. Friendly people, Easy check in, room service and large spacious room. They even left gifts and welcome card for us. Only thing was the minimal rusting in the bathroom due to the building being old but besides that everything was great and CLEAN

We had a wonderful stay at Soleado. The management (Silvia) was super friendly and generous with us and the staff (Yolanda and Armando) were, too. The room was spotless and very comfortable and it was wonderful to have a full suite. We felt very much at home! And, the quiet atmosphere was so good to have.

Old-school Florida, well maintained hotel/motel. Very quaint and great area. Very close to the beach but far enough from noisier Las Olas area. Only issues were that the internet never connected and the toilets apparently backup easily so they ask you not to flush any toilet paper (imagine the alternative)

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I truly wish we could at least get a refund for this stay. We booked the unit based on photos showing a bright space with a beautiful pool view. In reality, we were placed in a dark unit tucked at the far end with absolutely no view—completely different from what was advertised. It felt more like a neglected apartment than a vacation rental. The issues didn’t stop there. Upon arrival, the bathroom reeked of harsh cleaning chemicals. Once that wore off, an unbearable sewer smell took over—and because the bathroom opened directly into the bedroom, the odor lingered constantly, making the space feel unclean and uncomfortable. Both the bedroom and living room had air conditioning units, but they were so loud that we decided to turn them off completely. It was impossible to relax or sleep with them running. To make matters worse, we had no internet for three full days. When we finally reached the manager, they called someone to fix it—but by then, the vacation was nearly over. The unit also had mosquitoes—I left with multiple itchy bites—and whatever detergent they used on the sheets irritated my skin from the very first night. I have several photos documenting all of this and would be happy to share them. Overall, the unit felt neither safe nor healthy. The listing photos are misleading, the conditions are poor, and the experience was truly miserable.

A spacious 1 bed-room apartment hotel with a full kitchen. Perfect for a family. 2 blocks from the beach. We borrowed beach chairs, towels and a parasol for the beach. We cooked breakfast and lunch in the room, and could save. A 25-min walk along the beach to a Publix Supermarket for food and groceries. Hotel office hour is limited but the manager will reply quickly by phone. She gave us a code key so that we could check in at 2 am in the morning. $20 on Uber from the airport even without a rent-a-car.

Great location only 2 blocks away from the beach. About a 20 minute walk to main bars. Pool was great, nice to have beach chairs too. Some cleanliness issues but for the price we payed I didn’t mind at all.
