Great FL stay!
This location was great - we were a family of 8, kids aged 4-14 and 4 adults. We all had a wonderful time. The house was perfectly situated, comfy and clean furniture with a pool table in the den (which got daily use). Plenty of kitchenware, big dining table for us all for nightly family dinners. AC worked wonderfully, which was a concern for us.
We were met with a bottle of wine and small snacks on our arrival which were set up in the counter, and ground coffee and k-cups were stocked as well. As far as things stocked in kitchen it was the basics - olive oil/cooking spray, salt & pepper, & the BBQ had a full tank of propane.
The pool was clean & had a removable fence around it. Plenty of floats, comfy lounge chairs and a nice shaded seating area with a tv and fans. Unfortunately it was too buggy and we didn’t get to fully enjoy the backyard at night. But the string lights were fun, the pool itself was gorgeous and clearly well maintained. The kiddos had fun chasing lizards and spending all day outside.
The neighborhood was quiet, with friendly walkers and bikers. Daily morning runs felt safe and were scenic. We were able to walk to the beach one morning, which took about 20 minutes (with a 4 year old). A hot walk, but not a difficult one.
Mariano was very responsive with our questions, accommodating and easy going. We had no issues at all & highly recommend staying here! We would love to stay again in the future!
