Rooms were okay clean. Staff was great. Everyone was pleasant. Had a great massage. Food at Tikki bar was average, akin to bar food but eatable. The Italian restaurant was okay. Only had one dish, the polenta tri colari which I enjoyed eating. Their drinks were ample and not watered down. I had an old fashioned. Well maybe two... The atmosphere was lively with live music and everyone singing along. It was great to be right on the beach, which was clean and not too crowded. Just watch out for the gangster seagulls!! One took off with someone's whole meal in a bag and when I tried to chase it off I swear it laughed at me as it flew away, bag in beak. My only critique would be that the rooms are very dated with noticeably rough areas like floor around the toilet peeling up. Overall not a bad experience. Not perfect but not bad. I would go back if I got a good rate.

Very loud, slamming doors the whole night. Very very rude people. If you want to sleep at night stay somewhere else! Also habe to park 2 blocks away and still pay.

Rooms need maintenance. Sliding door was very difficult to open. Bathroom sink fixtures were loose. Trim needs painting. No microwave or coffee maker in the room. Nice large balcony overlooking pool and beach but furniture was small and old. TV was a FireTV but no fireTV remote just a universal one so using that to operate the TV was challenging. Water temperature in shower was not hot just warm. The bedding was very comfortable. Parking is $18 per night and there’s a $22 resort fee too. This is not part of what you pay when you book through Expedia. Staff was very pleasant. Tiki bas restaurant was very nice. $16 for a frozen margarita. We got a medium pizza for $17 that was delicious! Margarita was delicious too! The property overall was very nice. There’s a McDonald’s across the street and a Dunkin’ Donuts just past that. We really liked the location.

The place was scary, filthy and felt unsafe. We arrived with 4 adult guests and they gave us a room with 1 king bed although we booked 2 queen beds. It felt like the kind of place you "book by the hour". I shared these concerns with the front desk staff and manager of the hotel, and they assured me that they would follow up with Expedia for a refund. This is definitely not a place that is worth anywhere near $400 USD a night. I would appreciate a call from Expedia about how you will handle this. It made the last day of our vacation horrible. Please call me at 519-221-8331. I look forward to hearing from you.

I booked 2 ocean view rooms and was given 1 city view balcony and 1 no balcony city side room. We wanted to look at the ocean. Both rooms were directly across from elevators that beeped 3 times every time the door opened! No sleep, neighbors smoking marijuana on their balcony! Loved location and tiki bar. Hotel experience not good!

This hotel was super accommodating when the one we originally booked was, well, nothing like the pictures and uninhabitable. The hotel was great, well priced, guest friendly and the location was amazing. There are great restaurants a mile north in Lauderdale by the Sea.
