4 of us went down for the Miami open tennis tournament over spring break. We decided to stay away from the beach to avoid the spring breakers.
The neighborhood the house (duplex) is in was quite.
The duplex is located on a beautiful lake. That is the highlight of the property.
Someone attempted to update the property , must still be a work in progress.
Just to mention a few problems
the ice maker in the freezer did not work. And yes we did turn it on.
The dish washer was not secured to the counter top ,which was cracked in at least 2 places .
There was very little flat wear
and limited kitchen utensils.
Both bath rooms have been updated .Both toilets rocked when set on and some of the cabinet doors were off the track. The wood work around the bath room door was in very bad condition. The sowers were ok.
There were only a total of 4 cloths hanger in the entire unit.
Also the main cut off for the breaker box for the electricity we paint so many time it was not operational.
The back porch had a great view. There are many ducks so be prepared for the duck poop .
The dock needs some work and floated to the other side of the lake while we were there. I did take many pictures to remember and document our trip.
