The hotel was absolutely fantastic. The room was huge, beds were comfortable. The pillows were very flat and didn’t have much support. Overall a very nice hotel. It was pretty central to some shops and restaurants that were well within walking distance. It didn’t seem like the BEST area of town at times, but it was safe to walk with the larger group of women I was with. I would stay here again for sure!

I was surprised to see the hotel lobby, rooms, pool, etc being the same as the pictures in the site. Usually, the pictures and the reality is not the same but this one is a hotel I will comeback and recommend. This is a new property or updated. The beds, the pillows were comfortable. I hope tgey keep it like that. The smell or diffuser was amazing. The pool was clean along with tge outdoor area. The parking was included but you would need to park outside if the parking lot was full. The hotel, the staff, and everything was a good experience overall. I will Def return

#1 customer service #2 is the perfume or difuser the entire hotel uses. #3 the rooms were exactly as displayed. I got to rooms. #4 Parking was complementary #5 Pool was clean, the area was clean at all times and they provide an additional towel at the pool. #6 location, location. Ihave not been back to Miami - Hollywood - Ft Lauderdale area in years and i can say that it was a great location. The hotel was clean and the atmosphere was welcoming.

The hotel is very close to the airport, great but it is the staff that make me go back. They are just super pleasant and helpful. The rooms are spacious and have NO carpet!! Grampa's deli just behind the hotel is a must visit.
