Clean, spacious room. Excellent breakfast. Friendly people. Adequate parking. A little hard to find even with GPS. Weston has weird rules on signage, so when we reached the intersection in front of the hotel, it said you have reached your destination, but we did not know whether to turn right or left. When you turn into the parking lot the hotel is in the back of the plaza.

I am only giving one star because the breakfast was good. Our first room was not cleaned—there was urine on the back of the toilet and the bed sheets felt damp. After complaining and showing photos, we were moved, but the second room had rock-hard beds. I had to buy an air mattress just to sleep without pain. There were serious safety and maintenance issues. The bathroom door was extremely difficult to open, and my 5-year-old son got stuck inside. The elevators were barely working, and when we reported it, staff dismissed our concerns. The next day, one elevator was completely out of service, forcing us to take the stairs to our 5th-floor room. On top of that, the hotel charges a $5 fee per package for deliveries, which was never disclosed at check-in. I had to change my plans to meet an Amazon driver outside to avoid the charge. Aside from breakfast, this stay was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.
