We invite you to visit our modern apartment with stunning views in one of the most beautiful and comfortable places on the Costa Blanca.
The apartment is located in the resort town of Rojales, just 40 km from the airport of Alicante and 40 km from the airport of Murcia. Sun, sea, sand and a mixture of pine and sea air make Rojales one of the most healthy areas on the Costa Blanca. There is much to see and explore: center of town whith promenade zone, golf. This is a very quiet city with everything you need (banks, pharmacies, shops, restaurants ...). The region has a rich history. If you like to travel and visit historical sites there are plenty of options for day trips in towns and countryside. There are visits to museums, caves.
The apartment is located in residence, which has a large adult and children's pool and sitting area. The apartment with total area 70 m2 is ideal for 2-5 persons. Living room with double sofa bed(with a large screen TV), master bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed, air conditioning, bathroom, kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils (as well as a filter for the water!) and mountain views. Included is unlimited high-speed wireless Internet access throughout the property.
Everything you need for a perfect holiday is within walking distance: restaurants, supermarket, beaches (9 km), center of town (500 m). In the center of Rojales you will find banks, shops and the city market which is on Thursday. You can get anywhere in the city by bus, because only 200 meters from the apartment there is a bus stop.

Electricity is included in the total reservation cost 28 kW per week (4 kW per day).
Any additional consumption will be charged at €0.40 per kW. To avoid extra costs, please plan your electricity usage (air conditioning, dishwasher, water heater, etc.) accordingly.
