    Great Location, Comfortable Apartment in Center of Florence

    The property was like the photos — attractive and airy. However the check in person was not great, she was 30 min late and not that knowledgeable. The towels were thin and sparse. It was chilly and there was no blanket, just a very thin comforter. When I contacted the management to ask about getting an airport driver, which had been offered in the booking materials, I was told to just get a taxi.

    Nicely remodeled apartment close to everything.

    The apartment is very nice with some more "modern" touches. It had a small but useful kitchen and was a comfortable little place to stay. 5 mins walking to the Carousel and really convenient. The small elevator was a welcome touch when moving luggage around! Beds were good but bedding was a little sparse. The sofa bed was excellent (as far as sofa beds go). Nice place and I would reccomend it for a stay in Florence!
