Es un pequeño estudio loft luminoso en el sexto piso (con ascensor) de una hermosa y encantadora casa de la torre del siglo XIII (Torre_dei_Rigaletti). El ascensor llega hasta el quinto piso y luego hay un corto tramo de escaleras.

El apartamento se accede por una pequeña entrada; paso a paso Florencia aparecerá en toda su belleza. El apartamento consta de una cocina bien equipada, una mesa de comedor, una cama doble, un sofá (que se convierte en una cama individual) y un baño con ducha. La vista te dejará sin aliento: las ventanas en tres lados que se abren a los tejados de Florencia, la cúpula del Duomo, el Palazzo Vecchio, el Palazzo Pitti, los jardines de Boboli, Forte Belvedere, campanarios y colinas, que te permiten admirar el esplendor de Florencia desde arriba, en paz.

En la espaciosa terraza (aproximadamente 25 metros cuadrados) puede disfrutar de deliciosos desayunos, aperitivos románticos e inolvidables momentos de relax; y en el verano también puedes tomar el sol! Y es la mejor ubicación para explorar la ciudad: a dos pasos del Ponte Vecchio, la Galería Uffizi, la Piazza della Signoria, el Duomo y las principales calles comerciales; es el punto de partida ideal para visitar las principales atracciones culturales de la ciudad y descubrir los detalles más divertidos.

I have never stayed in a shabbier place. The pictures on VRBO did not match what the place looked like. The furnishings were so old and beat up. We paid for 3 nights and left after one night. The view was incredible but the balcony was full of an old broken washing machine and other various items. I do not recommend this place.

This apartment in the heart of Florence has amazing views from the windows and the balcony. The room was pristine, and Marti was very helpful as a host. Our only wish was that the main bed was bigger. I ended up sleeping on the daybed, which was not made up for sleeping, because the bed was too small and there was no place to plug my cpap machine in.

The studio is situated right in the beating heart of Florence, a few steps to the Ponte Vecchio, and around the corner from the Uffizi. You really could not hope for a more centrally located base to explore this extraordinary city. But because you are at rooftop level, the noise and chaos of the streets below is a distant echo. The terrace gives on to the rooftops and towers of the old town spread out before your eyes.Check in was easy. Communication prompt. We plan on returning soon!

Most amazing stay in Firenze! The patio is exceptional and we enjoyed our coffee there daily, mid day break before going out for the evening, and the end of the night overlooking the city. The expansive views of Florence were exceptional! The church bells ringing, the duomo, Uffizi, other buildings so close! Views of Pitti Palace and Boboli gardens just across the river. Right in the heart of the city but also quiet off a very cute side street with wonderful shops, restaurants, and cafes right outside your door! The interior was perfect for us and the wrap around windows gave us the best view of the city at all times. Curtains for privacy if you wish but we loved just looking out at everything! The size was perfect for us and we loved the authentic feel. The coffee makers were perfect and we used them daily! We had everything we needed here! Bathroom was very clean and no issues at all. We wish we didn’t have to leave! The moment we walked onto the patio I wanted to move to Italy. If and when we return, we will definitely request to stay here again! Also lots of resources were provided to us on arrival about best restaurants, cafes, music, and other places to visit. Cannot say enough about it! We loved it!!!!

We had a great stay here. The place is modest, but the bed was sooooo comfortable and the rooftop porch view was ultra luxury. You can see all of Florence sitting at the table out there. The location was absolutely perfect, a short walk to everything. And it was so close to the Arno - we had some nice sunset walks along it. It was nice being able to stay in a place up so high since there was an elevator. Marti and Allesandro were super helpful with suggestions and were quick communicators. It was a great place to stay in Florence.

First Florian experience

Oh my word. What a sweet spot. From the moment we were met at the doors by the host to show us around; to the easy check out. Our time was so special. The views are incredible. The spot is so quaint and special. It is literally steps away from some of the most beautiful views. We were so well taken care of by our host it truly made us feel so welcomed and cared for. I highly recommend this place! (Must be able to do stairs without a problem)

We had a great stay. The weather, despite being late December, allowed for us to eat on the lovely terrace. The beds were super comfortable. Besides being well-situated for the view of the Duomo and other monuments, the apartment is in a great spot for walking, dining (fine and takeout) and sightseeing. Thanks!

We loved this place! The private rooftop space is perfect- so nice to be above the city with gorgeous views and privacy. The apartment’s location is smack in the middle of the most touristy part of Florence, but the apartment with its private deck offered a great getaway and respite from the bustle of the street. A great value. Our hosts were very responsive and attentive. The communication was a bit awkward: we had very little Wi-Fi to email on the Vrbo site, so used Whatasapp and were never really sure who we were talking to! But all the minor issues we raised with them were quickly taken care of. Highly recommend.
