A first class experience, end-to-end. The front desk staff were most welcoming and attentive. The hotel itself was clean and crisp. The food and amenities were excellent. Lastly, the valet handles all the ZTL arrangements.

My stay was very pleasant only issue was the air conditioning in the rooms dont work well especially for how hot it is in florence during the summer, other then that the hotel, room and staff is very excellent and the location is perfect the surrounding area is quiet and not noisey and your not too far from downtown florence

We had a Terrace overlooking the river that was lovely. Front desk staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast server was very friendly and the breakfast room with windows overlooking the River is quaint.

We could not say enough amazing things about the staff and our stay at this beautiful property. I feel lucky to have picked this hotel out of the many options. It is within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and the staff is extraordinarily helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel. What an amazing experience. Cute little hotel but the service was above and beyond. Everyone was so helpful from Dario to Marcos and everyone in between. The shower was a little tricky but I wouldn’t change my 5 stars. Safe and not to far from everything.
