Excellent hotel
Few hotels reach near perfection and this is one of them. A combination of friendly and attentive staff (any small issues are addressed immediately), a really nice property (including pool), comfortable rooms and reasonable rates. City centre 10-15 minute walk and easily reached by public or private transport. The hotel is on a busy road but sound insulation is excellent. The beds are firm but comfortable. Highly recommended.

This was our first visit in Italy. I picked this place based on location but the staff made our stay unforgettable. Sandy, Eda and Nico at reception and the wonderful lady at breakfast bar were really nice and pleasant. If you are planing to visit Florence, this is the place to stay. Close to attractions and very comfortable home away from home.

Lovely modern apartmenthotel
Lovely modern apartmenthotel. We liked the modern apartment -very clean, and no problems. The pool and roof terrace are great! We used the kitchen, which was useful. Convenient for walking to the sights. The reception was friendly, and helped with a taxi etc.

The valet parking and front desk staff were the highlights of our stay. Extremely convenient and helpful, they even already had our car ready for our checkout time without us needing to ask. It is a 20 minute walk to most places we wanted to see. One thing was we didn't find the bed comfortable, it was very hard but that may just be our personal preference. Overall a great stay, the rooftop patio has incredible views of Florence.

Front Desk Staff is amazing!!! Everyone we worked with 5 different people all amazing! Can’t say enough how great the desk staff was. Make sure to use the 5th floor roof deck view is great! Staff could not be any more supportive and helpful. Apartments were great. Pool is nice but can get crowded, but staff made everything 10 times better!
