Very nice place would stay again. Balcony screen door needs repair other than that, it was very clean and had extras like shampoo , body wash which we forget to bring with us.

We had a nice relaxing evening after hiking nearby, and the view of the water was gorgeous both in the evening with the moon sparkling overhead, and in the morning watching the sunrise with coffee. Great place to stay!

Anniversary Trip

We stayed here for our anniversary weekend and had a great time!! The cabin vibe was just amazing and we had one with a balcony overlooking the water with beautiful sunsets/sunrises. Just a short drive to Traverse City and would love to come back in the warmer months next time.

Pitstop to rest

We stopped for 2 nights before moving on to the U.P. The view was amazing, and the hot tub made the stay as relaxing as we hoped. The modern furniture wasnt very comfortable, and the area lacks weekday restaurants options.

Nice little condo away from the crowds

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was nice, clean, and spacious for the 4 of us. Fife Lake Inn was walking distance and the food there was great. We spent our days exploring and hit Sleeping Bear Dukes, Traverse City, and Torch Lake and our evenings relaxing at the condo. The back deck was great and the kids liked paddling around the lake (we bought an inflatable raft/boat) and swimming at the nearby beach. If you aren’t into crowds but want to visit some hot spots in the area, this place is the way to go. The town itself isn’t bustling, but it has everything you need.

Family trip

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights . It was very clean and comfortable with all the necessities included, kitchen and bathroom. We were very satisfied and enjoyed the view of the lake ! We were only 8 min from our property, therefore made it very convenient. Wished the weather was better, would definitely come back again.

Short relaxing getaway

This property served myself and my girlfriend perfectly for a little getaway! The home itself was awesome and cozy, the area was quiet which was enjoyable, the drive to Traverse City wasn’t bad at all if you’re looking for more to do. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make our own meals, and the Fire Lake Inn food was very delicious for eating out of the home. The only two complaints I could possibly have (nitpicking here) were that the Heat/AC unit was pretty noisy at night, and the shower upon arrival was a little dirty. I was skeptical driving up north for a vacation in the winter, but we loved it. Would also love to come back during the summer when the lake is more accessible, and utilize the deck and hot tub more.

Wonderful location to watch the fireworks and spend a day in the lake! Fully stocked and spacious kitchen. Comfortable beds. Beautiful, large balcony.

Nice and clean place with all the amenities, the pontoon was fun but can be tricky parking since you have to park in front of another pontoon, overall, a good place.

Amazing

We had an amazing getaway. The views of the lake from the balcony were amazing. Walking distance from a local bar and only 20 minutes from traverse city! Super clean and spacious. We forgot our AirPods under the pillow and the owner was so responsive and quickly ship them to us. We will definitely go back!

Girls weekend!

Lovely view and really enjoyed the hot tub! There were 4 ladies so we REALLY needed mirrors since there was only one bathroom. We all agreed to suggest hanging mirrors on the backs of doors and on walls so ladies can get ready, hair, make-up etc. Also, would suggest adding a lock to the doorwall for security.

Up North? STAY HERE!

This property was phenomenal, everything was squeaky clean, the views of Fife Lake are unmatched, simple check-in process that just required signing paperwork through email and receiving a code. The pictures on the listing are great but the rooms are significantly more spacious than I had thought until I walked in. Mitten Housing really nailed it, and I look forward to renting any of their many Michigan properties again. Rent this place- you won’t be disappointed! Thanks!
