Espectacular dúplex en un edificio señorial completamente rehabilitado des siglo XVIII ubicado en el corazón del céntrico barrio de la Magdalena. El apartamento conserva las vigas de madera originales y las magníficas galerías de madera -emblema de la ciudad- desde las que se puede disfrutar como "jardín flotante" el Cantón de Molíns, una fabulosa alameda repleta de magnolias y otras especies pionera en Galicia.
El alojamiento cuenta con 3 habitaciones: dos habitaciones con cama doble, y una abuhardillada con dos camas individuales. Cuenta también con dos cuartos de baño totalmente equipado con platos de ducha; cocina completa con electrodomésticos y menaje y salón comedor de concepto abierto con TV y WiFi.

Muy buen apartamento

El apartamento está muy céntrico, tiene ascensor y muy buenas comunicaciones. Bien conservado. Las fotografías son fieles y es muy bonito. Solo tiene tres cosas mejorables a mi parecer. Le falta algo de menaje, la habitación de matrimonio de arriba es preciosa pero la cama es muy pequeña y el colchón demasiado blando, aparte de que con todas las cristaleras de las paredes es como si estuvieses en medio del salón, no existe aislamiento acústico ni luminoso. A pesar de ello es muy buen apartamento.
