One, two and three bedroom properties offer balcony, deck or screened porch, outdoor community pool and tennis. Three blocks to the ocean, restaurants and shopping in Fenwick or drive to Ocean City and enjoy the boardwalk activities. No pets please.

The property and location was great, but the apartment was not cleaned properly. The floors were sticky, there was mold in the bathroom curtains and shower head, the tub had soap residue and the kitchen appliances were greasy.
