Happy holiday

The property was just what we were looking for with plenty of space inside for the family to chill with a good internet connection. It was clean and everything we needed was at hand. There is a large Carrefour 5 minutes walk, the beach, quay and restaurants within 15 minutes. We had a relaxing time. We made our journey by train and found the whole experience straight forward.

Nous étions un famille de 5 personnes avec des adolescents. La maison est sympathique et lumineuse. La literie est bien et les chambres suffisantes au niveau des tailles. L'accÚs à la cour par le sous-sol n'est pas des plus pratique, nous n'en avons pas profité malgré une belle météo. Le ménage laissait un peu à désirer mais c'est correct dans l'ensemble. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Maison quelconque dans superbe région

La maison est bien équipée surtout la cuisine. Le rappirt qualité prix est correct. Dommage que les lits étaient préparés en format lit double malgré mes appels et un échange avec une agence. Je n'ai jamais pu joindre le loueur, le n° fourni par Abritel ne repondait pas. La belle image de l'annonce ne correspond pas à la vue de la maison. Malgré tout la region est superbe.

Logement loué pour un mariage. Utilisé uniquement pour dormir et prendre le petit déjeuner. A prévoir : serviettes de toilette car nombre insuffisant pour 9 personnes dans le logement et torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle (aucun prévu dans le logement)

Week-end en famille !

Nous avons passĂ©s un week-end en famille 3 couples et 3 enfants ( 4 ans et 13 et 19 ans) . Nous avons Ă©tĂ© tous satisfait de l'endroit ! Quartier calme, maison de ville agrĂ©able. Une vraie caverne de trĂ©sor (jouets)pour l'enfant de 4 ans qui nous Ă  fait un petit concerto de guitare 😊. Et une partie de plaisir entre adultes avec la table de jeux palets 😊 . Un Carrefour Ă  5 min a pied bien agrĂ©able. Merci au propriĂ©taire .

Maison spacieuse et trÚs agréable

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour, belles promenades sur la plage mĂȘme si c'est des galets et magnifique vue sur les falaises. La maison est un peux loin de la mer et dans une grande montĂ©e un peux compliquĂ© sans vĂ©hicule mais gĂ©rable.

Séjour agréable

Horaires d’arrivĂ©e flexibles grĂące a la boĂźte Ă  clef. Le logement est grand avec de nombreuses chambres spacieuses. La salle de bien est propre et la douche est grande et bien accessible. Nous avons regrettĂ© l’absence d’une grande casserole pour cuisiner pour tout le monde. Le sous-sol est utile avec les jeux et la terrasse apporte un plus. Proche du port et du palais, la localisation est bien. TrĂšs bon rapport qualitĂ© prix.

We had a wonderful week in Fecamp. The house is old and traditional, but very light and spacious. The basement was favourite for our kids. The sea, city centre and shops are at walking distance.

Typique et bien placée

Maison individuelle typique rĂ©novĂ©e sur 4 niveaux bien situĂ©e sur hauteurs de FĂ©camp. 4 belles chambres, literie confortable, donnent cĂŽtĂ© rue mais quartier calme. Salle de jeu agrĂ©able mais au 2Ăšme Ă©tage, l’escalier n’étant pas sĂ©curisĂ©, les parents doivent rester avec les enfants en bas Ăąge. Vue dĂ©gagĂ©e depuis salon cĂŽtĂ© jardin. Un salon-salle Ă  manger suffisant pour manger Ă  5-6 mais sĂ»rement petit pour 7-8 personnes. Coin salon trop petit pour une sĂ©ance tĂ©lĂ© Ă  5 ou plus. Cuisine rĂ©cente bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Une seule salle d'eau trop juste pour 5 personnes. 2 WC dont l’un trĂšs Ă©troit. Par temps de pluie odeurs d'humiditĂ© remontant de la cave situĂ©e en rez-de-jardin mais la porte de communication limite leur propagation dans la maison. L’espace baby-foot-air-hockey se trouvant Ă  ce niveau mĂ©riterait un amĂ©nagement pour le rendre agrĂ©able tout comme la terrasse extĂ©rieure entiĂšrement cimentĂ©e et clĂŽturĂ©e de murs. Serre en verre avec table/chaises mais encombrĂ©e d’équipements pour spa qui, la prestation n'Ă©tant pas proposĂ©e, devraient ĂȘtre enlevĂ©s. AccĂšs Ă  la terrasse par la cave Ă  laquelle on descend via un escalier raide et Ă©troit, difficile de concevoir d'y manger facilement. 10-15 mn Ă  pied port/plage/centre. 30 mn du point de vue de la chapelle Notre Dame du Salut. Eboulement de falaise en 02/2023, accĂšs au Cap Fagnet et bunkers pas possible. Conseils : sorties en mer Ă  bord de vieux grĂ©ements, visite du musĂ©e des PĂȘcheries, Etretat en prenant le vĂ©lo-rail depuis Les Loges.

Nos vacances furent bonnes mĂȘme si quelques jours de pluie. les balades sur le port, le cap Fagnet, la plage sont dĂ©jĂ  de bons souvenirs. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© déçus et incommodĂ©s par l'Ă©tat de la maison sale et avec une forte odeur de fosse septique qui remonte dans les Ă©tages particuliĂšrement les jours de pluie. Le matĂ©riel de cuisine et d'entretien est insuffisant (nous avons achetĂ© un faitout, des serpillĂšres et un balai). L'espace extĂ©rieur est triste avec cette verriĂšre inutile qui devrait ĂȘtre dĂ©montĂ©e. Dommage ! Cette maison a un bon potentiel. Il ne faudrait pas grand chose pour la rendre attractive.

Désagréablement surpris!

Adresse Ă  ne pas garder. Certes le prix Ă©tait trĂšs attractif , et pour causes
 La maison est sale, les placards de la cuisine sont plus que sales, la vaisselle a dĂ» ĂȘtre entiĂšrement passĂ© au lave vaisselle avant utilisation. La maison sent le renfermĂ© et l’humiditĂ©. A notre arrivee un couple Ă©tait lĂ  (propriĂ©taire ou personne qui entretiennent la maison je ne sais pas puisque personne ne s’est prĂ©sentĂ©) ils nous ont juste dit « on a fini » et sont parti, mĂȘme pas bonjour, au revoir ou voici la maison
 pas de fascicule Ă  l’intĂ©rieur qui nous dit ce qu’on doit faire ou ne pas faire dans la maison. Les plomb sautait dĂšs qu’on branchait le four et n’importe quel autre appareil Ă©lectrique (sympa pour le nouvel an!) Mais le plus rageant c’est le jaccuzzi (nous avons rĂ©server en parti pour ça!) qui devait ĂȘtre « prĂȘt » pour notre arrivĂ©e a 16h; il n’était mĂȘme pas en chauffe, il Ă©tait donc Ă  15 degrĂ©s et manquait d’eau! Lors de mon appel, personne n’a voulu se dĂ©placer pour nous aider Ă  rĂ©gler le problĂšme, pas de Manuel d’utilisation Ă  disposition, et par mauvaise foie on m’a rĂ©pondu que c’est normal, je dois trouver le tuyau d’arrosage pour le remplir , le mettre en chauffe et qu’il sera opĂ©rationnel que le lendemain! Donc tampis pour les personnes qui ne restaient qu’une soirĂ©e
 Au tĂ©lĂ©phone on Ă©tait incapable de m’expliquer le fonctionnement, J’ai du me dĂ©brouiller toute seule . 3h plus tard j’ai eu un simple sms explicatif 
 Heureusement que l’on a pas attendu aprĂšs leur aide!
