We did not know there was a chili festival going on, we almost got blocked in before they completely set up that morning. The floor in the apartment was creaking every step we took but we expected that. We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful property to stay at while in Farmington! Pleasant sleeping arrangement, outside sitting area to soak up some sun, and walking distance to restaurants/bars/coffee.
