Problems getting the TV to work, Duty Manager called to sort out problem. At night room cold, no blankets available in room and no extra pillows. The room was clean.

The bathroom was tired and could do with a makeover but for £45 it was ok. The most annoying issue was the heating, the radiator in the room did not have a thermostatic valve on it as it was missing so the heating was on full all night and the room was like a sweat box. Had a very poor sleep and certainly won’t be wanting this room again.
