We loved the king suite with the queen room attached, perfect for out family. Everyone was kind and check in/check out was fast and easy. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast buffet each morning.

Condition did not meet the price paid

When I arrived the first thing that was broken was the closet doors. I reported it but they were not concerned. Next the refrigerator was off and smelled like salami. The woman now staffing the desk replaced it—she was great. The plugs near the bed didn’t work (inconvenient for my phone). Then found a hand towel in the bathroom that wasn’t mine or the hotel’s. There was not enough parking in the lot at night. Peeling plaster near the shower head. The worst $240 a night room I’ve ever been in.

Great family hotel with pool and breakfast

Staff was super friendly and helpful and any little issues were fixed very quickly. Location was perfect for visiting Humboldt redwoods and pretty river walk right next to the hotel. Kids loved indoor pool and hot tub as well as breakfast. Room was also bigger than expected- overall a great value for a family trip!

Do NOT waste your time OR money!!

Worst experience ever. We stay at at least 4-5 hotels a month. We have a special needs child. At about 5 pm a family checked in above us. We immediately heard what sounded like someone coming thru the ceiling. this continued for 30 minutes straight with no.break until i ultimately called the front desk for this to be addressed. We were told nothing would happen as this was not quiet.hours. we ultimately left to come back at 930 pm to settle in for bed before we would wake next am to take our almost 4 hour drive back to the bay. We listened to continuous pounding until 10pm where i physically walked to front desk and pleaded for this to again be taken care of. We got 3-4 hours asleep until about 0500 when the pounding and slamming started again. I waited 15 minutes before calling front deskand being told. "I will ask them to quiet down." I explained there are quiet hours and this isabsolutely unacceptable. the front desk man was short and rude and acted.like i was inconveniencing them by asking him to do his job. After another 45 minutes with no relief and continous pounding and slamming our family was all awake. I again called and asked that we get a.refund and a call from the manager immediately. INothing was done once again. We had to pack up and leave at 0645am without sleep to drive 4 hours back home to actually be in a safe and quiet environment for us. We expect a refund and a call to discuss this matter by management. RIDICULOUS AND UUNACCEPTABLE.
