The property was so beautiful and peaceful, and had a great proximity to RMNP and town. As a couple who enjoys spending time in our room, the private balcony, river view and in room fireplace made for a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

Very nice room, clean and spacious. Convenient location to Rocky mountain National Park, but a drive to dining and shopping - all be it a short one. Friendly and helpful staff. I would love to come again and stay at this hotel.

The room was spacious, clean & cute. Loved the grounds. Ate pizza on the edge of the water & enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. Check-in was informative & friendly. The only downside was no A/C, nights were to cool outside, but too warm in the room. Also could use new/upgraded mattress, that doesn't crackle when you roll over. A little overpriced with the needed upgrades. Overall really nice place & enjoyed the stay.
