We loved our stay up until the last night. The people above us were so rude and it sounded like they were dragging furniture back and forth on the floor. Additionally all the little poppers from the Fourth of July they threw down all over our patio along with sun flower seeds. Housekeeping was hit or miss. Sometimes they would show up when they were supposed to but most of the time I would have to call multiple times. Other than that, the resort was great.

Beautiful property. The pool was fun as well as the waterslide. My kids were entertained the whole time. We loved the big fire pit right outside the pool area to make s'mores. The room rates through Expedia were affordable and worth it. The weather was great. Not too hot and still cool in the evening. We also enjoyed the events within the downtown area. A lot of space with restaurants and coffee within walking distance. The employees are very sweet and accommodating. Except for one. I don't know her name but she was an attendant at the mountain view pool. Dark hair slicked into a ponytail, make up done with cat eyes and eye shadow, she never smiled, and had a bad attitude. The rooms are very clean, except the shower wall needs to be cleaned each time someone checks out. The room was amazing. Like our own apartment. One room big bathroom and shower, desk area, nice living room with a fully stocked kitchen and dining area. Outside tables with bbq's is great. The balcony was great as well with a beautiful view of the sunset above the hills. I'm glad we get a room dancing west.

Reservation was screwed up at the beginning and it was hard to get a hold of staff and I needed to But overall, the trip was successful with my family and everybody loved the property. It was beautiful. We stayed in the two room Villa and had a plumbing issue and a kitchen issue

For the price we hoped it would be better

Pools were nice but crowed and very far from the rooms. So driving to every pool wasn’t great. Not as many activities for the kids as I was hoping for. My kids loved the water slides but the wait for them was long at times and with the wind blowing they were freezing while waiting. The room was clean and nice. You better hope you didn’t forget anything because the market is an outrageous rip off. That was the common topic among other guests. All the “snack bars” close too early leaving limited to no options for food. For the price we wanted it to be better.

We arrived about 3:30 and they stated the room wasn't ready. They did give us a pool key if we wanted to swim but we didn't and waited. Went back at 4 (normal check in time). Room wasn't ready and they would text us. 4:30 and received a text that room was ready. Front desk was kind and provided information about resort grounds. Our two bedroom/two bathroom villa was perfect our family size (4 adults and 2 children). Very spacious, has washed/dryer with complementary laundry soap/fabric softener sheets. Kitchen has all the usual gadgets, coffee maker with coffee, sugar, creamer, full fridge, full stove, dish washer and utensils/pans. Living room was spacy and had a dining table for 6. Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious. One bathroom is in what I consider a master room with spacious closet, fireplace, huge shower and separate large bathtub. The other one can be accessed by main hall door and other door to bedroom, also nice. Patio space is great with two lawn chairs, patio table and patio chairs. Negatives - called housekeeping for ice and they didn't bring it, called the next day and they did. Our living room tv glitched so wasn't able to watch it. Overall I enjoyed our time and will stay again. Did not try the grill but did eat pizza from their on site Pizza Hut. Their market has a lot of items including liquor, and the tarbucks with almost the full menu. We didn't get a chance to visit the store. They have a variety of pools, the one we enjoy
