Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a crock pot, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot and blender.

Living Area: Relax in the spacious open living room, featuring cathedral ceilings and clerestory windows. The space includes 3 recliners, a large sectional couch, a 65” Smart TV, and a dining area.

Dining Area: Enjoy meals with family and friends at the dining room table (seats 8), located just off the kitchen in the main living area.

Great ocean view.House ok. Lacking amenities that you typically see at beach house.Books, games, beach chairs.Kitchen very basic.Ants in kitchen upon arrival.Overall this property needs TLC .
