Broom, I'm back was Derby covered in cigarette Burns. Wasn't given any comforter, just sheets the cover up with. No microwave or refrigerator in the room. For the price for too nights was not worth it

Disgusting

I’ve only stayed here out of convenience and for the value to have a night away from daily life and get some peace but this place is always so disgustingly filthy. Burn holes and roaches everywhere. The sheets, towels, and wash cloths are always stained, burn holes, hairs everywhere. The tables and counters are rarely wiped down. You might get 2-4 pillows in your room. Roaches are a definite.

This place is overrun with addicts, and roaches all year and flies in the summer. Burn holes and long hair in all of the thin sheets and blankets. Thin stained pillows. Stained wash clothes and towels with long hairs all over them. The rooms are always somewhat cleaned over. The water pressure in the shower is terrible no matter which room you’re in and the pipes will begin to sing to you after a while. The water doesn’t keep up temperature. The heating and cooling is in God’s hands. The water pressure in the sinks is on 10000 and comes out like a jet. You can hardly control the temperature on that either. They only have microwaves in the ice/laundry room. Some of the workers at the front desk are very nice and try to help you out when you’re trying to find a room with working air/heat/water and less roaches. The manager there is a completely greedy person that will try to actually take a security deposit for this place which should almost be shut down. The last time I stayed the owner tried to say there was only 2 pillows in the room to get my $20 security deposit back and YES there were only 2 thin stained pillows in the room because that’s all that was provided and only 1 wash cloth for 2 guests. The next time I came to stay the owner tried to charge a $50 deposit. I’ve stayed at this location many times and spent $1000s here and never had a problem with anyone until this manager tried to accuse me of stealing some weak pillows so he could try to keep my $20. A sad place

Linens in the bed had multiple large stains and 3 burnholes. It’s disgusting that someone made that bed and thought that was even remotely acceptable. I have pictures
