The coffee maker had a coffee pod still in it. No hair dryer in the room. The bathtub seemed dirty. the beds and pillows are hard and not comfortable. The lady at front desk does not speak up and clearly. one of the AC units was not working well.

Awesome customer service all sound! The heater wasn't working but staff immediately took care of it was patient, courteous and very accommodating. Great location, easy access to airport and shuttle service. Nice to on site free parking prior to dropping car off. Nice variety for breakfast and staff kept it stocked and clean. Would definitely return!

Upon arriving at the room, the pillows were lying on the floor and were obviously dirty, the bathtub was in terrible condition, and the breakfast consisted of nothing more than cereal and coffee.
