ATICO PENTHOUSE CON GRAN TERRAZA, VISTAS AL MAR ,A UN PASO DE LA PLAYA Y WIFI

Estupendo ático penthouse muy luminoso equipado con 2 habitaciones y 2 cuartos de baño, salón comedor con terraza con toldos, cocina totalmente equipada. La hab. principal con cama de 1,50 m., la secundaria con una cama-nido que se despliega en dos camas de 0,90 m. Posibilidad de cuna de viaje. Garaje en la finca. Está situado a un paso de la playa de Muchavista y del paseo marítimo en la mejor y más bella zona entre El Campello-Playa San Juan.
El apartamento está equipado con todo lo necesario para una fantástica estancia: BARBACOA, equipo de música estéreo , Smart TV, reproductor de DVD y Wifi.

Consta de una terraza a nivel de la vivienda que da al salón y otra muy amplia tipo solárium arriba. Las dos con vistas al mar para disfrutar de momentos inolvidables en familia o entre amigos. Además posee una amplia plaza de aparcamiento dentro del garaje comunitario. Urbanización al lado de la playa no siendo necesario el coche para llegar a todo lo que se necesite: supermercados, prensa, farmacia, bares de copas y restaurantes. Muy bien comunicado por autobús y tranvía con Alicante (centro), Benidorm y Altea. Se puede ir en AVE a Alicante y desde allí en Tram hasta la parada próxima al apartamento.
Un excelente lugar para descansar y disfrutar en una urbanización exclusiva y tranquila. URB. LOS AZAHARES.

Valoracion general

Buen alojamiento, limpio, bien ubicado y rodeado de los servicios necesarios. La piscina algo pequeña aunque la familia disfrutó mucho en ella. Sería conveniente renovar el mobiliario de la azotea/solarium.

Good overall

We enjoyed our stay - just across the road from the beach with long promenade - good supermarket within 5 minute walk - large roof terrace - small kitchen with all you need (oven - allow extra cooking time - not fan assisted) - good air con - hurried welcome not by owner maybe as flight delayed so arrived at lunchtime - building work next door - noisy on terrace and crane over us - blinds on balcony next to main bedroom noisy when windy so missed night sleep but WhatsApp instructions given to resolve - would be helpful to have information folder with local info/ emergency contact numbers - restaurants tend to close at 5.30pm so recommend main meal at lunchtime Overall - amazing area with loads of lovely long walks, tram into Alicante, beautiful sandy and safe beach -

Perfect Stay

Our family stayed 11 nights in August 2024. The apartment is only 6mins from Carribiners Tram stop and 10mins from Costa Blanco and a 5min walk to a big Consum supermarket. It’s a 2min walk to a sandy beach which is huge with beach volleyball and football courts everywhere. 1 block away is Infraganti pizza which is one of the 50 best pizza restaurants outside of Italy is 1 block away and they have a gelato shop on next block if you have any space left after pizza. The development is small, with only about 12 apartments which meant we were quite often the only people in the nice size pooled which also had a toddlers pool attached. Due to the small size of the development there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. There apartment feels quite roomy for a 2bed as there is a terrace reached by stairs with tables, chairs, sunloungers and BBQ which is great early evening when the sun has started to set. I had to work a few half days and the wifi never let me down at any time we were there. Communication with Consuelo was always answered very quickly and Consuelo also messaged us a few times to check all ok. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Penthouse Alicante

We enjoyed a lovely week in Alicante this apartment. The apartment had all that we required for our stay, clean, very comfortable double bed and a great roof terrace that we spent a lot of time enjoying the views and the cloudless skies. We didn’t use the pool or garden but they looked clean and well maintained. Supermarket and restaurants within easy walk and fantastic beach literally 2mins walking at most. The correspondence with Consuelo the owner was always answered quickly and instructions were clear. Would definitely return one day👍

A great place to relax

In a quiet area, an apartment with amenities and beach, shops, home made food available nearby, connections by tram and bus between Alicante and Benidorm. The router's connection needs an update because the Wifi is sometimes really slow. Timo P.

Lovely apartment

The property is excellent and as described : the large roof space is a bonus and well fitted out. The location is perfect : very near the beach and with bars and restaurants within walking distance. The nearest Tram stop is five minutes walk away for trips to Alicante or to places in the direction of Benidorm.

Great apartment perfectly located

The apartment is ideally located just 100m from the beautiful beach of San Juan (you can see it from the balcony and roof terrace). It’s well-equipped and the roof terrace is wonderful! We had the pool to ourselves most of our holiday too. There is everything on hand for a perfect, relaxing holiday with plenty of restaurants nearby and two supermarkets just five minutes walk away. We didn’t bother hiring a car this holiday, as the tram stop is only a five-minute walk. In 20 minutes you’re in the centre of Alicante, which is a lovely, bustling city with an attractive old quarter with winding streets, lots of bars and restaurants and great shopping. We also visited Tabarca island on a boat from the marina. Our 20-year-old daughter and her friend also recommend the bars and clubs! A great place to stay. The owner, Consuelo, was attentive and helpful from our initial booking to leaving. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great property

Perfect location for a quiet week on the beach (which is only a 2 minute walk away). Lots of good restaurants close by also. The apartment is fully stocked and has a great roof terrace to relax on.

We have just had a post lockdown family holiday for a week in San Juan in this fab apartment. We had everything we needed and had fun using the tram and bus to Alicante and El Campello and Benidorm no car needed

Perfect place to stay

We simply loved the apartment! It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was especially well equipped compared to other vacation rentals. The apartment provided everything we needed. The huge sun terrace on the roof was pure luxury. The building felt safe. The location is perfect with the beach just one block away and the beautiful promenade by the sea for exercising. Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. The area was peaceful at night.

Un séjour parfait

La propriété est très bien située, á deux pas du meilleur secteur de la belle plage de Muchavista. Restaurants sympas sont très proches et l'arrêt de tram pour aller à Alicante est à 3 minutes. L'appartement est très confortable est tout y est. Terrasse sur le toit spectaculaire. Nous y avons passé une belle semaine.....

Sehr gute Lage und sehr netter Vermieter

Die Wohnung hat eine Toplage - fast direkt am Strand. Die Dachterrasse ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist leider etwas klein (Fotos entsprechen nicht ganz der echten Größe), aber mit 3 Erwachsenen sind wir gut klargekommen. Der Vermieter ist immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen wieder!!

Lage des Objekts hervorragend, Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wie Tram und Bus in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso der Strand. Die Grösse der Wohnung entspricht nicht der photographischen Darstellung, z. B. für vier erwachsene Personen an der Grenze. Für deutschsprechende kein TV Sender vorhanden und keine deutschen Anleitungen. Garagenplatz wegen Zufahrt nicht nutzbar.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist in einer schönen Gegend, man kann hier alles zu Fuß erreichen. Wenn man in die Stadt Alicante fahren will kann man die Tram benutzen. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber und man hat alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Auch das Check in und Check out war alles super, sehr netter Gastgeber. Vielen lieben Dank...
