This studio for two persons is located on one of the five floors (accessible by lift). It offers a nice living room with a smart TV, two single box-spring beds pushed together to make a double bed and an open-plan kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher. In the bathroom, you will find a walk-in shower and a toilet. The apartments on the ground floor have a terrace and some apartments on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor have a balcony or French balcony. The studios don't have sea view and the garden furniture is not standard in all studios. The balcony and the garden furniture can be booked with preference. A studio with garden furniture can be booked based on preference and subject to availability. There is parking for one car in the central car park. De Graaf van Egmont offers various apartments for two to four people.
