never want this experience anymore in my life
Be aware this property is newly listing but not brand new.I would go zero star if I could.We chose this place because it is advertising as a super clean property and disinfected every staying. We only used two bedrooms and one bathroom because I didn't want to clean the entire place as I already cleaned hard with my own cleaner for the areas I really needed to use.Netflix, you need to relogin with their help every other day.Windmere shopping center is close but far from everywhere else.The garage was convenient but no fob. So you have to get in and out of your vehicle every time for open/close.My biggest mistake was that I didn't know there is a renter in the basement. it is said on the website with only a couple sentences in a very long paragraph so I missed that.We had one single dead bed bug issue during stay and They charged me for the treatment. I just laughed because it was a joke that they charge me instead of keeping the property clean. I was told there is no proof it was not my fault. seriously??My first period of deposit was charged instead of holding until I went through my bank statement and found they charged for security deposit. I emailed them and they said it was a 'mistake'. Right. And then after checking out, they charged me without any notice for the pest control treatment. I travel a lot but never had this ridiculous experience.Only good part was they respond quickly but nothing changed.
