Staff rude

The front end staff was very rude. When I asked for toothpaste, they were very rude and hung up on me. Everytime we called the front desk, they put us on hold right away. They didn’t call us back out of courtesy either. They didn’t clean our room we had to go ask. It was a horrible experience. We will never go back and we will tell others not to go either.

What really made the difference for me was the excellent service I received from the front desk staff. They went above and beyond with helping me amend the dates of my stay. The bed was super comfy and the king room was spacious with a nice lounger. The parking lot is tiny and the stalls are very narrow. If you have an SUV hope to get an end spot.

The room was ginormous. It really was huge. I booked a “suite” with a connecting bedroom but all I got was a huge studio room with two queen beds and two sofa bed, so it was quite comfortable for my family of 5 for a night. We didn’t have interaction with the staff other than the receptionist but they kept everything tidy and the breakfast menu was consistently replenished, and food was nice. Pool was a little too saturated with chlorine. I don’t have overly sensitive eyes but my eyes were burning while sitting on the side while the kids swim. Amenities were well kept and clean. I recommend this hotel, but I will try to confirm the rooms specifics before checking in next time.
